Lorien is currently recruiting for a Change Coordinator who will support the delivery of user adoption and change management activities across IT projects within my client's Portfolio. This role works closely with Project Managers, Change Managers, and cross-functional teams to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing communication and training initiatives that drive successful user adoption and enhance user experience (UX).
What you will do in this role is:
- Assist in developing and implementing user adoption and change management plans for projects.
- Coordinate communication activities, including drafting project awareness messages and maintaining communication calendars.
- Support the creation and distribution of training materials and help organize training sessions for end-users.
- Monitor and track user adoption metrics and feedback, preparing summary reports for the PMO leadership team.
- Maintain documentation and ensure timely updates to project communication and training resources.
The skills required in order to be successful in the position:
- Previous experience in a project support, communications, and change/user adoption.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, think cell would be an advantage and familiarity with project management or collaboration tools.
