Position Summary

Seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to manage enterprise infrastructure across multiple locations. Key systems include Brivo access control, Eagle Eye video surveillance, and IBM iSeries/J.D. Edwards (JDE). The role ensures system availability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Access Control (Brivo)

  • Administer user accounts and electronic credentials.
  • Configure access schedules and exceptions.
  • Link schedules to physical security devices.
  • Generate audit reports and ensure policy compliance.

Video Surveillance (Eagle Eye)

  • Manage cloud-based camera infrastructure.
  • Retrieve/export footage for incidents and requests.
  • Configure user permissions and organize cameras.
  • Maintain retention policies and process evidence requests.

Enterprise Systems (IBM iSeries/JDE)

  • Maintenance & Patching: Apply updates, firmware, and software upgrades.
  • Storage Management: Administer SAN appliances, monitor capacity, and optimize performance.
  • Data Replication & Disaster Recovery: Maintain replication across data centers, troubleshoot failures, and support continuity.
  • Monitoring & Performance: Use tools to track health, respond to alerts, and generate reports.
  • Environment Management: Refresh dev/test environments and coordinate maintenance windows.
  • Backup & Recovery: Manage backups, tape libraries, verify integrity, and conduct recovery testing.

Required Technical Skills

  • 3+ years in IT systems administration.
  • Experience with Brivo and Eagle Eye platforms.
  • Strong IBM iSeries (AS/400) and JDE ERP knowledge.
  • Familiarity with SAN/NAS storage and replication.
  • Proficiency in backup and disaster recovery.
  • Use of system monitoring tools.
