Project Manager - Telecommunications
Project Manager
Location: CO market, fully remote
Length: 1 year
Pay Rate: $43-48/hr
Responsibilities
This role requires all project management principles: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring, Controlling, and Closing.
* Understand customer scope of work, goals, project timelines, and expected run rates
* Drive resource and logistical needs to stay ahead of project requirements
* Attend deployment customer meetings as a subject matter expert (SME) for
* Report project status against commitments and keep all stakeholders informed
* Resolve conflicts and drive issue resolution with all stakeholders
* Own financial accountability across all individuals and collection of assigned projects
* Manage risk, actions, issues, dependencies, scope creep and other work order changes according to contractual practices
* Escalate issues through internal lines of business and with customer management hierarchy

Education/Certifications
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
* Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
Experience/Minimum Requirements
* Minimum of five (5) + years of project management experience
* Experience managing project budgets or related financial experience
* MS Excel - working with large data and organizing the data
Other Skills/Abilities
* Knowledge of construction services: Telco, power, fiber, basic construction, and antennas
* Knowledge of public right of way project deployment
* Ability to direct the diagnosis of workflow problems, critical paths and institute remedies
* Ability to read and understand financial metrics and identify remedies to financial issues
* Customer-facing project management experience preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
