Meet the Team

David serves as President of Talent Delivery, leading the strategy and execution of talent fulfilment across the organisation. With a focus on operational excellence, workforce innovation and client outcomes, David works closely with teams across the business to deliver scalable talent solutions that help customers meet their evolving workforce needs.

A qualified Prince 2 practitioner specialising in design, implementation and delivery of complex outsourced recruitment models across the financial services, professional services, local authority, retail, aviation, technology and telecoms sectors, Annie has worked in recruitment for 12 years. She has experience within specialist contract and permanent recruitment as well as high volume temp models.

Starting at Lorien in 2015, Annie primarily focuses on our RPO and MSP accounts, ensuring that we always deliver the best quality service to our clients and continually adapt to meet their changing needs.

Adam has worked in the technology recruitment sector since 2007, with experience acting as the key contact and operational lead for large accounts in retail, financial services, the public sector, utilities and consultancy. He currently leads a team of account managers, resourcers and delivery directors across Lorien’s UK operations, driving delivery into some of Lorien’s largest key accounts, as well as leading the Specialist Markets team in the North.

Darren joined Lorien in 2008 as a tech specialist recruiter and became Director of Solutions and Insight in 2019. Responsible for insight, data, and innovation, Darren uses his market knowledge to give our clients full visibility of market information and forces – driving innovation, efficiencies and continuous improvement. Darren is a dedicated supporter of social mobility. Within Lorien, he is a mental health first aider, as well as an ambassador for the Tech Talent Charter.

In her role as Head of People - STEM, Emma plays a key part in shaping the future of SRG. Taking the lead on our People Agenda, she is at the heart of building capability, and planning and managing our talent and development approaches with a goal of achieving shared organisational objectives. 

Since achieving MCIPD status, Emma has worked in HR roles – including positions for a variety of companies across the insurance and retail sectors – for over two decades and has already held HR Business Partner roles for over half her career. 

A member of the Impellam team since June 2022, Emma supports all our group’s STEM Brands, working closely with the Managing Directors and Senior Leadership teams of Carbon60 and Lorien in addition to SRG.
