Key Responsibilities of the Buyer

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and conditions
• Manage the procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring seamless operations
• Analyse market trends and make informed purchasing decisions to maximise value
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement strategies with business objectives
• Continuously explore new sourcing opportunities to enhance the Buyer's portfolio

To excel in this Buyer role, you will need:

• Demonstrated experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement position
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in data analysis and inventory management
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Please note due to the nature of this role you will be required to travel both UK and some European travel.
