My client is looking for a Integration Test Lead to play a key role in a major mobilisation programme for a high-profile UK Government contract. For this role, you will be put through CTC Clearance, so you will need to be clearable.
In this role, you'll take ownership of all testing activity across a large-scale CAFM system implementation and its API-based integrations. You'll be responsible for shaping the testing strategy, leading execution, and ensuring high-quality delivery across functional and non-functional testing phases.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage all testing activity across the project lifecycle
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and frameworks
- Oversee:
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- API Integration Testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and client stakeholders
- Support UAT preparation, execution, and defect management
- Track progress using tools such as Azure DevOps
- Manage defects through resolution and report key trends/issues
- Provide regular reporting to project boards and leadership
- Ensure agreed quality standards and exit criteria are met
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading testing workstreams in complex IT projects
- Strong background in application and integration testing
- Hands-on experience with CAFM/CMMS platforms (e.g. Planon, IBM Maximo, MRI Evolution, FSI Concept)
- Experience delivering API-based integrations
- Knowledge of structured testing methodologies and frameworks
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
