Project Scheduler

IT Project Scheduler - Inside IR35 - 5‑Month Contract - Portsmouth - Hybrid

We're looking for an IT Project Scheduler to support a major transformation programme. You'll create and manage detailed migration schedules, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure all activities are sequenced accurately to enable smooth cutovers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build end‑to‑end migration schedules and identify cross‑system dependencies.
• Track progress, highlight risks, and provide critical‑path and slippage reporting.
• Support readiness assessments, cutover planning, and go/no‑go criteria.
• Produce weekly planning reports, dashboards, and insights.
• Ensure schedules align with PMO governance and support RAID management.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Planner/Scheduler in IT migration or transformation programmes.
• Strong MS Project / Project Online / Primavera / Excel skills.
• Understanding of discovery, build, test, cutover, and hypercare phases.
• Confident working with technical teams across cyber security, infra, networks, and cloud.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
