Compensation Manager - EU Pay Transparency
We are currently recruiting for a Compensation Manager with EU Pay Transparency experience to join one of our Global Insurance Clients on a 6 month contract.
Please note this role is Inside IR35.
We are looking for hands-on experience in gender pay gap reporting, pay transparency, or equal pay initiatives, who can combine technical reward expertise with disciplined project management and strong influencing skills.
The Requirements
- Solid experience in compensation / total rewards
- Direct experience with gender pay gap reporting, pay transparency initiatives, or equal pay analysis
- Strong understanding of pay ranges, and reward governance principles
- Proven project management capability, ideally within complex, multi-country or regulatory-driven programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance
- Structured and outcome‑focused, with strong problem‑solving and risk‑management capabilities
- Experience working remotely in a global organisation ideally Insurance or Financial Services
- PowerBI skills or advanced reporting skills
